The construction involves 18 different panels of fabric sewn together. 4mm sequins are hand-applied and layered to create vertical lines that run the length of the dress.
The dress has a gathered, sweetheart neckline with snap fastenings and a cascading ruffled skirt that widens at the front and straightens at the hem.
