This Balenciaga product is made using delicate materials that have low resistance to abrasions and are therefore susceptible to wear and damage from even gentle rubbing, which cannot be corrected. It is impossible to guarantee that its appearance will remain unchanged with standard use. Marks or irregularities may stand out; however, they should not be seen as flaws as they are inherent to the materials and techniques used.
The outer part of the shoe upper cannot be detached from the inner sock. Do not use neutral or aggressive chemicals to clean. Do not machine wash. Instead, we recommend seeing a cleaning specialist. Do not expose this product to direct sources of heat or sunlight for prolonged periods. After each use, we advise keeping it in its pouch and box to protect it from light, dust, and moisture. To preserve their original shape, fill shoes with white tissue paper.
